“The customer service was excellent throughout, the car was exactly as described online. I did however have one fault with the car which was that the convertible roof stopped working so I contacted Andy and described the problem, he was happy to fix this with no hassle and free of charge seeing as I only had the car for 2 months – I was even given a loan car for the day I was without my Beetle which I was not expecting!”
